Why an Annual Meeting?
RDIA is an association of the members, our businesses. The people representing those businesses vote to elect a board that will govern the organization, and they meet annually to conduct member business
Article II, Members.
Section 13. Meetings of Members.
(a) Place of Meetings. Meetings of the members shall be held in any place designated by the Board. In the absence of any such designation, members' meetings shall be held at the corporation's principal office.
(b) Annual Meeting. An annual meeting of the members shall be held each year at a time and location determined by the Board. At this meeting, any proper business may be transacted, subject to any limitations in law or these bylaws. Written notice of the annual meeting shall be given to all members of the corporation, and the board of directors, in accordance with the procedures provided in subsections (d) and (e) below. Only voting members of RDIA as described in Section 1 above may vote at the RDIA annual membership meeting.

Frequently Asked QuestionsWhy is the 2011 annual meeting after the ABC Show has concluded?
The Annual Meeting Committee has decided to hold the annual meeting after the ABC Show concludes in order to accommodate more manufacturers. Unfortunately, many manufacturers have to spend the majority of their time at their booths during the ABC Kids Expo, which prevents them from being able to fully attend the RDIA meetings. We understand that this does require extra time and money to stay for two more days. As an organization, we want to be sure that we are accommodating all members as best as possible.
Diaper service members who wouldn't regularly attend the ABC Kids Expo are welcome to come early for a Diaper Service Operations Seminar
on Monday, September 26th, the final day of the ABC Show, before the rest of the RDIA meetings begin.
We are working hard to make this an exciting and memorable event for RDIA members. We hope that you will consider attending.

Will I receive a confirmation that I have registered?
Yes, a confirmation is sent automatically when you register.
To what address to I mail my payment if I'm paying by check?
Your confirmation email includes the correct address.
Can I fax my registration?
No. Please register online.
I don't remember the email that is linked to my RDIA membership. What should I do?
Go to the RDIA member directory
, and look up your business. The email listed is the email you should use to login to the RDIA site. While you are there, you may want to check your membership details to be sure they are up to date.

If you have an invention or are looking for products to carry, the product showcase is for you.
The purpose of the product showcase is to give RDIA members (particularly diaper service operators and retailers that might not attend the ABC show) the opportunity to see diapering and other baby-related products. Manufacturers have the opportunity to showcase their products to a targeted audience

If you are currently operating a diaper service or interested in doing so and want to spend dedicated time focused on diaper service specific topics, this pre-conference seminar is for you. Space is limited. The cost is $35 which covers the meeting room, lunch and handouts.
